220 Ingraham, 44 Stewart, 208 Harrison Place

After finishing the stitching of the Harrison facade, I got the idea to bleed the colors along the roof line, so any slight imperfections in the size would be tolerated.

The Harrision facade with bleeding roof line and neutral background

One side has brownish tar along the roofline, the other has a tin-plated cornice. It's barely noticeable, but otherwise the sky blue from the background (or white whatever) would make a tiny edge if visible. The bleed takes care of that.

Harrison Street facade being applied

I know that everything is in good shape when: the windows line up with the Stewart facade, the tower lines up with the existing polygonal tower (more or less.)
Texture being applied - it needs to be pulled up
to the roof, so the brown edges bleed off the top.
You can see the bleeding edge at the top of the roofline here, the next step is to stretch the art to the roof.

Texture being applied to Light MIng Wholesale

Harrison Street Facade - no parapet built yet.

Corner of Stewart and Harrison -  parapet on both sides complete.

I've decided to split the block up to submit separately. It will be in three parts: The 44 Stewart Building, the 220 Ingraham loading dock, and the Light Ming Wholesale low rectangular building.

208 Harrison / 220 Ingraham Courtyard

The courtyard fence remains to be completed. A few more steps and we can submit.
